Clockwork Business Solutions Private Limited, its subsidiaries and branch operations hereinafter referred as ‘Clockwork’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ is committed to respect your privacy and choices. The privacy statement (hereinafter “Privacy Statement” or “Statement”) highlights our privacy practices regarding Personal Information that we collect and process in compliance to applicable data privacy regulations.

The applicability of the Privacy Statement is global, however certain additional information may be relevant to you depending on the country where you reside.

3.1. Clockwork does not share your Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes

ü Clockwork or with any of its subsidiaries;

ü Auditors, and/or government authorities, where applicable.
3.2. Facilitating International Data Transfers
We may transfer Personal Information to countries outside of your country of residence, either to Clockwork group of companies or third parties, including to countries which have different data protection standards from those which apply in your country or region of residence.
Where we may transfer the data outside your country or region of residence, we shall take reasonable and appropriate steps in line with applicable laws while executing such transfer.

We use SMTP via Outlook to send emails. These services may process your email address for delivering requested communications.
4. User Rights
4.1. Subject to the laws of your country, you may have certain rights as a data subject (including but not limited to right to information, access, rectification, erasure, object, restriction of processing, right to complain), relating to your Personal Information that we process. Where the data processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of any Personal Data at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing operation before your withdrawal.

4.3. Withdrawal of user consent: Users can withdraw their consent to process their email address for sending PDFs by opting out of the feature.

At Clockwork, there exists a perfect balance between Governance, Process and Technology, the combination of which has established Clockwork’s commitment to its customers and stakeholders. Clockwork adopts reasonable and appropriate security controls, practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Information.
We use secure protocols such as STARTTLS for email transmission to ensure your email address and the PDF are securely transmitted.
6. Data retention
Personal Information will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy statement unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes. Personal Data that is no longer required to be retained as per legal and business requirements will be disposed in a secure manner.
We do not store email addresses entered into our application after the email is sent, except as required for troubleshooting or compliance.

8. Linked websites
Our privacy practices regarding Personal Information that we collect and store about you through our portals such as CSD, Careers and Alumni will be as per the privacy policy of those portals.
Clockwork provides links to third-party websites and services. However, Clockwork is not responsible for the privacy statements, practices, or the contents of such third-party websites.
9. Children’s Privacy
Clockwork Websites, its associated products or services and hosted contents, are not intended for the use by children.
As such we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children without prior verifiable parental consent. If Clockwork learns that a child has submitted personally identifiable information online without parental consent, it will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from its databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law). 10. Mobile App Users
This section specifically addresses data collection and usage for users of all Clockwork Mobile Apps.
10.1. Personal Information
We may access some personal information like Camera, Gallery, Device data (Internal & External stored data ) and Geological Location in order to provide best future services. But with your permission third parties advertisers may get more data about you to provide good services.
10.2. Sharing your Personal Information
We do not collect, save, and share or misuse your personal information.
10.3. Non-Personal Information
We may access Non-personal Information like mobile and Wi-Fi network to receive data from internet, view the network, browser name, device technical information, operating system, unique device advertising ID, body sensors, telephony features, retrieve running apps and draw over the apps. Advertising ID are non-permanent, non-personal, device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID for the advertising.
10.4. Cookies
We do not use cookies. But our third parties advertisers may use cookies to get data for better services.
10.5. Mobile Analytics
We are using mobile analytics software to analyse the performance of our apps and usage information.
10.6. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change or modify this privacy policy at any point of time in future without prior notice. You are requested to visit our site frequently to know the changes.
10.7. Google Adsenses
We display advertisements in our free apps to fund the development process for current and future Services.
Also, we promote our apps by cross promotion. It means while you are using one of our apps, our other apps ad will display on it.
The advertisements are provided by third party companies and they may use and collect anonymous data about the User’s interests to be able to select more relevant advertisements. This information may also include location data and unique device identifier. No information is collected to allow third parties identifying you as a person.

To provide users that have given us consent to share their advertising IDs with our ad network partners (as further specified under Information Sharing) for the purpose of serving them with personalized advertisement in the App (behavioral advertising).
