A group of Executive MBA students (experienced executives drawn from a wide range of sectors and backgrounds) from London Business School visited Clockwork to undertake one week investigation on ‘Leading Innovation and Change for Companies.’The focus of the Review led by Organisational Behaviour Faculty Member, Professor Lourdes Sosa and lasting about a week was the capability of an organisation to innovate and adapt to change, in management systems, market strategies, and product and service offerings. The culmination of the Review was a diagnostic report, identifying opportunities for us to improve our adaptability and innovation, with lots of ideas about different options for enhancing our effectiveness. These insights were wide ranging, going beyond the immediate remit; for example also giving you ideas about how to improve internal communications.
