| Job Description | The GRC Consultant will be a member of the consulting services team responsible for all GRC Programs / Projects as they relate to Corporater GRC Platform planning, design, configuration, and transition to operations servicesat large multinational customers. |
| Responsibilities | The GRC Consultant works as a GRC Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and advises various governance, risk, and compliance programs. These may include Enterprise or Operational Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Cybersecurity, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Business Continuity, Insurance, Environment, Health and Safety or other similar GRC programs. The Consultant plays a critical part in analyzing business processes, requirements gathering, designing solutions, understanding complex relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, communicating with customers, determining issues and solving problems. The GRC Consultant may be required to configure part of the GRC Systems to enable the business processes and activities that they design, before handing it over to the technical team. |
| Primary Skills | 1. In-depth understanding of governance, risk and compliance across industry verticals and and also on Cyber Security. 2. Experience of working with senior stakeholders i.e. Director level, CXOs etc. 3. Excellent High-end Consulting Skills. 4. Strong understanding and a hands-on background with EPM technology e.g. Hyperion, Anaplan, Tagetik, IBM, TM1, SAP BPC, Corporater, QuickScore etc. 5. Must be skilled in building, mentoring and managing high-end Consultants. 6. Must be good at consultative problem definition, consultative solutioning and motivating consulting team in solution implementation. |
| Secondary Skills | 1. Experience of working in Lean / Agile / Scrum methodologies for consultative service delivery. 2. Managing and developing high performing project teams. |
| Soft Skills | 1. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate with senior stakeholders. 2. Excellent Client management skills. 3. Excellent in managing team from Product Principal. 4. Excellent inter-personal skills. |
| Educational Background | Must be an Engineer & MBA from premier institute. |
