Purpose
Clockwork’s Pick-and-Pack Add-On simplifies and accelerates the entire order fulfillment process by extending SAP Business One functionality to a customized application. This solution enables warehouse operations to be executed in real-time with minimal manual intervention, ensuring greater accuracy and efficiency.
Once a Sales Order is created in SAP Business One, the system checks for fulfilment. If stock is available, a Pick List is generated automatically and made available in the custom interface. The warehouse manager then allocates the task to inventory staff, who pick items from their respective bin locations and update the application with picked quantities and picker information. Packing can also be performed directly from the same interface, allowing packing based on required packing size per item.
