GST E-invoice Integration Solution for SAP Business One
Seamless Generation of E-Invoice and E-Waybill within SAP Business One through GSP Integration
Purpose
Clockwork’s GST E-Invoice Integration Solution provides a smooth and efficient interface between SAP Business One and the Indian Government’s GST portal through a registered GSP (GST Suvidha Provider). With just a single click, users can generate E-Invoices and E-Waybills directly from SAP Business One, eliminating the need to navigate through external portals.
Once the invoice is generated in SAP Business One, the system communicates with the GSP API to submit data to the IRP (Invoice Registration Portal). On successful validation, the Signed QR Code, IRN Number, Acknowledgement Number, E-Waybill Number, and relevant dates are fetched and updated in the SAP Business One Invoice document. The final invoice with QR code and statutory data can then be printed directly from SAP Business One.
