Enhance Material Requirement Planning process with MRP Add-On integrated with SAP Business One

Purpose
Clockwork’s MRP Add-on enriches the Material Requirement Planning process by taking into all aspects like Sales Order, Production, Sub-Contracting, Job-Work Processes to provide effective MRP recommendations to avoid stock situations and optimise inventory cost.

Business Challenges the MRP Add-on Addresses

The Standard MRP Wizard executes and recommends based only on standard objects’ suggestions such as Purchase request, Production order, Inventory Transfer, Inventory Transfer Requests. However, the limitation is on the Subcontracting / job work process as standard SAP Business One does not have an exclusive module for these processes and such inputs from these processes are not taken into in the SAP Business One standard MRP module

  • Executing the MRP wizard gives you the recommendation of Type of order based on the Item Procurement Type
